Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds are only accepted on missing or damaged product. To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include order number and pictures of damage.
For safety purposes, we cannot accept returns on any product considered consumable, such as soaps. Refunds are accepted for damaged or missing product within 30 days of purchase date. For refund or replacement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation of Order
We accept cancellation of order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are damaged.
